We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including serving your live portfolio subdomain, processing payments and invoices, and communicating with you about account updates.
CreatorKhaata uses YouTube API Services. Our use of YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We retrieve only public data such as subscriber count, video count, view counts, and metadata for recent videos to display on your verified portfolio. We do not store or share any personal credentials or private data from your YouTube account.
Our database and authentication are hosted securely using Supabase. Subdomain rewriting, deployment, and assets are managed via Vercel. Both providers maintain high-standard security compliance to ensure your data is safe.
CreatorKhaata uses Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record and payment processor. All payment data is handled securely by Dodo Payments in compliance with relevant standards. We do not store credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
We use essential cookies to maintain secure sessions and authenticate creators when they log into the dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Except as described in this policy (such as Supabase, Vercel, YouTube API, and Dodo Payments), we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated portfolio data at any time via your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Please email us to exercise these rights.
