1. What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address (for authentication)
- Your name, UPI ID, GST number, and address (for invoicing — you provide these)
- Deal data you enter (brand names, amounts, dates)
- Your logo image if you upload one
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Display your deal dashboard and generate invoices
- Create public invoice links when you choose to share
- Send transactional emails (e.g. magic links)
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
3. Public Invoice Links
When you generate an invoice, a unique token-based public URL is created. The invoice is visible to anyone with this URL. This URL contains no personal information beyond what you included in the invoice itself (name, UPI ID, amount). You are responsible for who you share this link with.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored using Supabase, which uses PostgreSQL with row-level security. Logos are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS for all data transfer. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account only — except for the public invoice link, which is shared by design.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active database. Encrypted database backups may retain your data for up to 30 days before purging.
6. Cookies
We use secure, HTTP-only cookies for authentication only (via Supabase SSR). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
- Google OAuth — optional login method
Each has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data needed for these services to function.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (it's all in your dashboard)
- Delete your account and data
