1. Acceptance
By creating an account on CreatorKhaata, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What CreatorKhaata Is
CreatorKhaata is a deal-tracking and invoice-generation tool for independent Indian content creators. It helps you record brand deals, generate PDF-style invoices, and copy payment reminders. It is not a payment processor, legal advisor, or accounting firm.
3. Your Data
You own all data you enter — deal amounts, client names, invoice details. CreatorKhaata stores this data to provide the service. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
4. Public Invoice Links
When you generate an invoice, a unique shareable link is created. Anyone with that link can view the invoice. Do not share the link with unintended parties. You can contact support to deactivate a link if needed.
5. Tax Disclaimer
GST calculations in CreatorKhaata are provided for convenience only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified CA or tax professional. You are solely responsible for your tax filings and compliance.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use CreatorKhaata to generate fraudulent invoices, misrepresent payments, or violate applicable laws. Accounts found violating this will be suspended.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. CreatorKhaata may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
8. Account Cancellation
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion, your data is removed from our active database. Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before purging.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
