CreatorKhaata provides a live creator portfolio builder, YouTube API integration, manual stat features, and invoicing tools to help UGC creators and micro-influencers manage their media kits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To use certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to upload any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
We offer a permanent Free tier and premium subscription plans (Pro and Agency) with additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and feature access are outlined on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
All paid plans and invoicing transactions are processed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. By upgrading or paying invoices, you agree to Dodo Payments' billing terms and conditions.
CreatorKhaata and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any media and content you upload to your portfolio.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information, including YouTube API data.
CreatorKhaata and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
